Syrian refugee Crisis

Besides makeup and health and fashion I am really interested in politics. Politics interests me and I believe it is the key to change and peace in the world.  Without politics we wouldn't have freedom of speech and the freedom of movement in the UK. For that politics is something I love to learn about and discuss different peoples opinions on heated topics that effect everyone. A common mistake people make is saying politics doesn't effect them. That's the problem politics effect everyone and it's someone we should all be aware of and how it effects us.
Today's blog post is all about the Syrian refugee crisis
I was deeply moved after reading The Independent newspaper published a picture of a young boy face down in the seas of Turkey he had drowned. For me this really upset me and moved me that people couldn't love in their home country and embrace their culture because of terrorists. They are fleeing their homes and loved ones to make it to a safe country where they hope to find peace. Yet the UK will not take in more refugees which is shocking! Many countries such as Germany and Sweden are taking refugees in and giving them safe shelters. But more countries need to step in and help. We need the same encouragement as when the Jews had no safe homes. Innocent and helpless young children are paying the price for the wreckless and irresponsible decisions the Western governments (USA and UK) made to back terrorists groups in Afghanistan and supply them with weapons. You may ask yourself but that is Afghanistan the problem is in Syria. The problem has spread from Afghanistan to Syria. As people we need to help innocent children the same children who didn't choose to be born in Syria live in a safe place. I urge UK ciztens to dig deep and donate and sign a petition asking David Cameron to allow more refugees.

Please do whatever you can.
